Skybeen Technologies is a software company based in Guwahati, Assam, India. We provide software development, UI/UX design, maintenance, deployment, and professional email services.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Indian laws. You must not:

• Use our services to transmit spam, malware, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our proprietary software

Our professional email service is powered by Google Workspace. By using this service, you also agree to Google's terms of service. Pricing starts at ₹25/user/month and is subject to change with reasonable prior notice. We are responsible for setup and configuration support. Email delivery, storage, and uptime are governed by Google's infrastructure.

All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR). Subscription charges apply monthly or as per your agreed billing cycle. For refund requests, contact hello@skybeen.com within 7 days of a charge. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

All content, code, designs, and materials on this website are the property of Skybeen Technologies. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our intellectual property without written permission.

Skybeen Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible.
